Primary care solutions inc. was founded and incorporated in 2000. Primary Care solutions has consistently met all license and certification requirements for each of its locations.

What We Offer

THE FIRST SOLUTION TO RESIDENTIAL, SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT, CASE MANAGEMENT, OUTPATIENT, COMMUNITY BASED, AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERVICES. Primary Care Solutions provides an array of services to both adolescents and adults. Our mission to provide housing, adaptive living skills, outpatient services, substance abuse services, supported employment services, and other necessary supports to youth and young adults whom otherwise would be homeless, incarcerated or institutionalized. We believe that when supported with the necessary services and supports, every individual has the opportunity to live a healthy and productive life. Our Team

WILLIAM A. BULLOCK

CEO

William Bullock began his career in the Human Services field in 1989, working with both adult and adolescent populations with mental illness, developmental disabilities and substance abuse issues. Under his leadership Primary Care Solutions has thrived, expanding from a small residential provider in North Carolina to a company that provides more of a continuum of services across ages and disabilities.

RON BOYD

Director of Human Resources

Ron graduated from Johnson C Smith University and has over two decades of human services experience. Ron is very involved in his community. He is a coach with the AAU (Amateur Athletic Union) which is one of the largest non-profit volunteer sports organizations in the United States. He is married to Michelle and has lived in Charlotte for over 25 years. Ron and Michelle enjoy life with their two children, Kennedy and Cameron!

TAMMIE WADE

Director of Supported Employment Services

Tammie Wade is Director of Supported Employment Services for Primary Care Solutions. Tammie has over 25 years of experience working with persons with Disabilities to include: mental health, physical and developmental disabilities. Tammie received her Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Virginia Commonwealth University. Tammie is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPCS) and a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC).

DESIREE McCANTS

Director of Foster Care

Desiree McCants is the Director of Foster Care Services in Charlotte, NC. She has been employed with Primary Care Solutions, Inc since February 2011. Desiree has over fifteen years of experience working with foster and mental health consumers. These years encompasses five years of Child Welfare experience with the Department of Social Services (Youth and Family Services Division).

TERRYN WOOD

Clinical Director

Terryn Wood is a Licensed Professional Counselor. Ms Wood specializes in working with young children and has a certificate in play therapy from UNC-Charlotte. In addition, Terryn is trauma-informed and has specialized trauma training. Ms Wood has been employed with Primary Care Solutions since November 2014 which she served as an Out Patient Therapist and took over as Clinical Director in February 2017.
