Primary Care Solutions, Inc., was founded and incorporated on March 16, 2000. Primary Care Solutions, Inc. has consistently met the license and endorsement requirements for all of its locations. The agency complies with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA); the Americans with Disability Act (ADA); the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s Bloodborne Pathogen Standard. Primary Care Solutions, Inc., maintains all required insurance from Professional/General Liability, Workman’s Compensation to automobile insurance.

Primary Care Solutions’ programs are certified by COA, the Council of Accreditation. COA is an international, independent, not-for-profit, child and family service and behavioral healthcare accrediting organization. It was founded in 1977 by the Child Welfare League of America and Family Service America (now the Alliance for Children and Families). Originally known as an accrediting body for family and children’s agencies, COA currently accredits over 45 different service areas. Among the service areas are mental health treatment, substance abuse treatment, adult day care, services for the homeless, foster care, and inter-country adoption.
