Primary Care Solutions, Inc., is a private, for profit organization that provides structured programs that are clinically enhanced and relationship driven. Founded in March of 2000, PCS provides services for individuals with severe emotional, behavioral, and developmental disabilities. PCS believes in a unified, comprehensive approach that ensures a continuum of care and familiarity with goals and expectations as our consumers move towards healthy outcomes and reintegration into their home communities. By combining individualized treatment, therapy, and independent living skills, PCS fosters growth and independence for each unique individual we serve. We also offer parenting classes, an integral therapeutic intervention involving the parent with the goal of helping to improve their overall functioning in the home, school, work and community. Our priority is teaching people the skills they need to manage challenges so that they may thrive.

Primary Care Solutions, Inc. prides itself on possessing a highly competent and talented leadership team averaging over twenty-five years of experience in Mental Health, Developmentally Disabled, and Substance Abuse client care. Our programs are structured, clinically enhanced and relationship driven. We provide services for individuals with severe emotional, behavioral, and developmental disabilities and believe in a unified, comprehensive approach that ensures a familiarity with our client’s individual needs. PCS uniquely combines individualized treatment, therapy, and independent living skills and foster growth and independence.
Primary Care Solutions offers Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Program, Therapeutic Foster Care, Residential Treatment Level III and Level II services, Intensive In-Home services, Supported Employment, Community Support Team and utilizes Diagnostic Assessments to provide a well-rounded continuum of care for our consumers. PCS has served over 5000 consumers since opening our doors in March of 2000.

Primary Care Solutions, Inc., was founded and incorporated on March 16, 2000. Primary Care Solutions, Inc. has consistently met the license and endorsement requirements for all of its locations. The agency complies with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA); the Americans with Disability Act (ADA); the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s Bloodborne Pathogen Standard. Primary Care Solutions, Inc., maintains all required insurance from Professional/General Liability, Workman’s Compensation to automobile insurance.
Since its inception, Primary Care Solutions, Inc., has preserved its fundamental philosophy to render quality care without compromising the values and integrity of our consumers. Primary Care Solutions provides its consumers with the opportunity to develop into responsible citizens of the community by providing intensive early interventions to the emotional and environmental stressors imposed upon the emotionally and behaviorally disordered adolescent and his/her family.
Primary Care Solutions’ programs are certified by COA, the Council of Accreditation. COA is an international, independent, not-for-profit, child and family service and behavioral healthcare accrediting organization. It was founded in 1977 by the Child Welfare League of America and Family Service America (now the Alliance for Children and Families). Originally known as an accrediting body for family and children’s agencies, COA currently accredits over 45 different service areas. Among the service areas are mental health treatment, substance abuse treatment, adult day care, services for the homeless, foster care, and inter-country adoption.
The Vision of Primary Care Solutions, Inc., is to empower persons with various illnesses and disabilities by offering them the same opportunities for growth and success as others. We believe that given a chance and necessary resources, adolescents and adults will be strengthened to maximize their potential and far exceed the standards that they have set for themselves. PCS plans to utilize existing services such as: Diagnostic Assessments, Supported Employment, Intensive In home, Outpatient, Targeted Case Management, Community Support Services, and residential options to provide a well-rounded continuum of care for those served.
