Director of Human ResourcesRon graduated from Johnson C Smith University and has over two decades of human services experience. Ron is very involved in his community. He is a coach with the AAU (Amateur Athletic Union) which is one of the largest non-profit volunteer sports organizations in the United States. He is married to Michelle and has lived in Charlotte for over 25 years. Ron and Michelle enjoy life with their two children, Kennedy and Cameron!
